Yes ...

It is early enough for them to "recover" from it politically for their reelection, but this is another vote that Boehner is going to chose to break the Hastert Rule on because they have a lot of other really crazy shit they are going to do between now and then.

holds the world economy hostage, and when they can't get exactly everything they want, have a temper tantrum and crash the world economy and shut down the government. Yeah, that'll "learn 'em good"
