Big donors asking elected officials to get state jobs for their kids, friends getting jobs for friends, people climbing over other people brutally to get a few crumbs. Wonder a lot of them have any self respect.

that after her incompetent campaign running against Scott Brown for Ted Kennedy's seat, they're not going to give her another shot at a seat with that kind of stakes.

I think the field was too crowded here, particularly with Pagliuca and Khazei. I was a Capuano supporter, and still am. Martha Coakley is wonderful in person, really alive and warm. That warmth never came across to voters.

and others, mistakenly believed Kennedy's seat was theirs simply for the asking.

The Dems learned bitter lesson.
