Rasmussen Shows Collapse In Rubio’s Support Among Republicans

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has been pegged by many as a leading contender in the 2016 presidential race, but a survey out Monday from the right-leaning Rasmussen Reports found his support among Republicans has taken a meteoric fall in recent months.

While the poll showed a majority of Republicans nationwide — 58 percent — still view the junior Florida senator favorably, that amounts to a 10-point dip since May and a 15-point drop since February, perhaps a sign that Rubio's leading role in the immigration reform effort has damaged his standing within the party. Only 16 percent of GOP voters said they have an unfavorable view of Rubio, while a quarter of Republicans are undecided.

A don't believe that the rank and file base of today's Republican Party would be at all friendly toward a Hispanic who was favorable toward immigration reform.

Are they all Ted Cruz now? Is he the hot sociopathic ticket that's going to buy them out of their cellar status with miinorities?

"58%" and dropping? I'm guessing because he's not very bright even for republicons.
