In Texas, the voter turn out is very low, under 30% if I remember correctly.
In Texas, Rick Perry was re-elected with something like 18% of the eligible voters casting ballots for him.
In other words, all this could change in Texas if people, especially Women, showed up and voted in an intelligent socially conscious manner.
Will it happen?

If so, the people of Texas would represent an especially pointed example of the fascist mindset.
