"No, I will NOT yield!"

Rep.(D) Pallone of New Jersey shuts down a Republican from Texas who tries to outshout him at an ACA hearing.
(apologies if this has been posted, I checked and didn't find it)

Worth your time if for nothing else than the *Monkey Court* comment!

2. Yep...Barton

He just kept trying to interrupt him with the usual "We are doing this to protect the American people" line of crap.

Pallone slapped him A joy to behold.

3. Watched it live and loved it.

Marsha Blackburn and then Barton were doing the HIPAA violation scam to scare people and make clips for campaign ads until the good congressman from NJ shut it down.

4. Barton: This is NOT a Monkey Court!

There you have it, Ladies and Gentlemen. The immortal words "This is not a monkey court" have been inscribed in the Congressional Record for posterity. It's a proud day for America.

Not so much for monkeys, who are justifiably pissed off.

5. A pleasure to watch. Hopefully some of his colleagues will notice how it's done. No. Just. No.

I wish we could have heard some of the count. This is the same group of idiots that are trying to make the public think that the ACA website is the same as the national health care program. See everybody, healthcare doesn't work. Geez. A website is a website. A national program is a national program. Next, either get on with your own damn health exchange or STFU.

6. Nice little dig in there...

about how Republican governors blocking the implementation of their state exchanges contributed to the overload on the federal site.
