The hypocrisy, it burns....

http://religion.blogs.cnn.com/2012/01/21/passing-significant-test-gingrich-wins-more-s-c-evangelicals-than-rivals/?hpt=hp_t2

"If there were any doubts that Newt Gingrich, a thrice-married convert to Catholicism, could connect with the evangelical voters who make up the Republican Party base, Saturday’s South Carolina primary put them to rest, with the former House Speaker winning twice as many evangelical votes as anyone else in the race.

Evangelical Christians made up two-thirds of the South Carolina electorate on Saturday, and Gingrich took 44% of their votes, according to CNN’s exit poll."

All I ask is please remember that some Christians would never vote for this guy.

He's just ended the first week of cheating questions. Hope he's ready for much more, these are the dogs that will pull him down from candidacy.

2. I think REAL Christians would because they would not judge and they would sincerely forgive.

But it's really hard for anybody, Christian or not, to live by those standards.

ETA: But I don't think these are real Christians. If they're pro-death penalty and racist and want to stop helping the poor on the government "take", they're just part of the club. And I have no qualms judging them since I'm not Christian.

mean any disrespect. I think I was trying to say is that I don't think these people are real Christians because of their other hateful beliefs. I honestly don't think that you've all had lobotomies.

Again, I'm sorry.

And nope, their aren't real Christians at all. They use the term to conveniently claim a place in politics and explain why they act the way they do.

8. As a Christian, I don't think I could ever bring myself to vote for a republican.

They stand for nearly everything Jesus stood against.

I know a lot of people don't like Christians. But there are many types.

Listen to this song "Jesus Christ" by Woody Guthrie. I think it says it all. No true Christian could vote Republican.
