The rights of ANYONE should not be up to so-called representatives. Our Bill of Rights apply to ALL citizens of a state ... not just those whom we deem worthy. How would any of you feel, if voters or elected representatives voted away your rights, simply because you were born white, black, yellow, red ... or heterosexual?
