I thought Obama reached for a good, populist tone in his SOTU address.

We all know these things are more thematic than programmatic. In that I thought he did a fine job. I liked how he called out Congress a couple of times for inaction. And noted that he will work with them or without them as the law applies.

Watched the whole first Repub response, in fairness, but had to walk away from the tossed salad.
