Jeff Merkley is a good progressive from Oregon, but he is slightly behind in the polls for some reason. Elizabeth Warren is stumping ground for him now, but we need to make sure he wins!

I believe this is the poll which is not only a GOP polling firm, it is headed by Mary Cheney the daughter of Darth Cheney:

The poll also says Kitzhaber is in a deadheat with Richardson who is a horse's ass.

I'd hold about zero confidence in it.

We must make sure people like Jeff win this November. We can't afford to have 2010 happen again!

My guess is as soon as the primary is over you are going to see plenty of polls. The first one will have Merkley up by more than 5.

4. Cook Political and Rothernberg still have this as a SOLID DEM seat.

Unless you've got harder evidence, I can't recommend financial support for Merkley when there are candidates more in need.
