Anyone notice that all recent photos of Palin

show her with really bitter facial expressions? Or maybe that's all she has any more.

I have seen no recent photos with her smiling or posturing, like she did in the 2004 campaign. I don't know if this is the media slanting things, hating her now, or if this bitterness has hardened on her face.

She's scary looking to me

1. She wears very heavy makeup.

Maybe she is trying not to crack her face. And trying to be "cute" comes off as scary-looking!

Her voice is even more grating than it was back then, if that is even possible.

Whoever did that basically set her and her family for life.

Well what they did for all of us not so good.

6. The money and adoration aren't coming in the way they used to

The Palins won't starve (Todd has a couple of jobs - the Palins own a salmon allotment, and he's got a BP job for the rest of the year), but the high life she enjoyed for five years or so has basically vanished. This means she can't drop $750 on beauty treatments every six months the way she used to. The multimillion-dollar book advances have ended, and Fox News isn't hanging on her every word anymore.
