McConnell leading Grimes in newest polling

I though a two point difference was considered a tossup.funny how that works when a Democrat is two points ahead of a Republican it's considered a tossup looking at the headline of this you would of though Mcturtle was ahead by ten points And what is up with women turtle has a 1 point.edge on Grimes. amoung women http://www.kentucky.com/2014/07/28/3355781/mitch-mcconnell-edges-ahead-of.html

How stupid can you be. Leave the party and don't come back.

But consistently vote and think Republican.

It started as a protest against Lincoln after the Civil War, when KY was made to pay reparations for remaining neutral during the war.

people register as Democrat so they can vote in primaries for local offices. Hoping Bill Clinton's upcoming visit will light a fire. He is well regarded here or so it seems to me.

You're right too. Any race where the Dem is 2 pts. ahead the media would definitely NOT hesitate to call it a "toss-up".

and it was bound to tighten closer to the election. There's no enthusiasm for McConnell, but I would imagine plenty of republicans will hold their nose and vote for him if that means kicking Reid out of the top spot in the Senate.

It is good to see Grimes holding on though and that this race is still so competitive.

That doesn't bode well for her. Let's hope after Labor Day that number rises. The AA number Mcconnell is getting 27%, that has to go down as well. If she improves on both of those she's got a good chance.

I can't believe that 27 percent of African Americans are supporting this guy.Theres something seriously wrong with the democratic party to let a Republican win a share of the women's vote .I think one of the problems is Grimes is running like a Republican

McConnell will cheat his ass off to win this election. He is (or thinks) he is going to be the next Senate Majority leader. Hmmm he just may be. I like Alison Grimes, but I am afraid she is battling a Koch infested Old Boy Party Line state, that will vote Right Wing just because "that's what they do"..... good luck to her, and if she loses, good luck to us.
