NEARLY $1 billion? Pocket change to them. If the two of them are worth a combined $70 billion, and even 5% of that is liquid, that's $3.5 billion to spend, and that's only money they openly admit to having. $3.5 billion to buy the United States of America for your very own.

Cheap. VERY cheap. They'll probably send every cent of it if they think it means they win.

And we can't match it. Not in funding, anyway, not by a long shot. A LOT of work and some serious use of grey matter will be needed because the Orcs are spending more on their army then we'll ever have at our disposal.
