What are the chances that MD is going to have an open seat in all of the 8 US House Districts?

US Representatives from MD-1(Harris-R),MD-2(Ruppersberger-D),MD-3(Sarbanes-D),MD-4(Edwards-D),MD-6(Delaney-D),MD-7(Cummings-D),and MD-8(Van Hollen-D) decide to run for the US Senate.
US Representative from MD-5(Hoyer-D) decides to retire.

Looks like Edwards and Van Hollen are heading in that direction, at least actively testing the waters. Not sure about Delaney, but if he asks me (I'm nominally in his District now, but will be in Van Hollen's for elections,) I'll suggest he hold off and keep up the good work where he is.

They won't all run; some who do will give up before the deadline to file for re-election.
