How exactly is the Obama administration the least transparent?

I was watching Real Time Overtime and it was said by Sharyl Attkisson and Huffington agreed with it. I just want to know their reasoning. Least transparent than the last administration, really?

Darrell Issa, and supposedly to less of a republican stance when her republican husband left her for another guy.

I think both those assessments are suspect

The Obama administration is better than most.

The only President that I can think of who was the most transparent in the last 30 years was the Jimmy Carter

She gained cred on the left for her opposition to the Iraq war but other conservatives were against it too.
