Don't know which will happen, or if somebody else steps up, but we may lose a house seat since they can't both be elected to the House and Run for the Senate

Harris has a good chance of taking over Boxer's Senate seat - but she has to make it through the primary first. Landrieu got voted out last year: I don't see the current LA political climate making it easy for her to get elected next year. While Giffords has recovered remarkably from her injuries, I think she's retired from politics.

24) Giffords or Sinema-AZ.

You don't mean Gabby Giffords, do you?

Why mix Mikulski and Duckworth in item 20)?

And like another poster asked, why two Mikulskis, once replaced by Van Hollen, and once by Edwards?

And all under the title, "Not up for reelection in 2016"?
I confess that I am confused.
