Tom Cotton: 'No Regrets At All' Over Letter To Iran

Like a little school kid, Tom Cotton refuses to own up to his actions and bad decisions.

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) said on CBS’ "Face the Nation" on Sunday that he had “no regrets at all” over the letter he orchestrated to be sent to Iranian ayatollahs.

Perfect people don't have critical thinking skills, why would they? Being perfect means never needing to think about if you are ALMOST starting a war with another country.

There is no refusal, because he sees no fault in himself. It really should scare the total shit out of people that DO think for themselves. Ted Cruz is the same way, his daddy told him he was the Chosen One and people laugh...but he believes it!

And more and more of these moonbats are invading our halls of government.

Ted Cruz and Tom Cotton act as if they are gods. How can we mortals not see that they should not be questioned? Gods cannot be wrong!

and believe what they do is God giving them instructions in that passive voice inside their head. I really do worry about our future sometimes.

I think his only regret is that he wrote the first draft in crayon, and only let McConnell change it under protest.

At the age of 37, this doofus has the world all figured out and is ready to project himself in foreign affairs regardless of what anyone else wants.

First of all, that would imply that he composed the letter in the first place, which is doubtful.

Second, that would imply that it was originally his idea to send such a letter to Iran, which is also doubtful.

Third, it would imply that he is aware of, or at least cares about, the consequences of his actions, which is equally as doubtful.

A dog that shits on a sidewalk isn't concerned if he has left a stinking mess behind him for others to clean up. He has no clue, and doesn't care.

no consequences! did these senators break the law or not? because if the answer is yes, they should be made to answer for it with more than an editorial.
also, you cannot shame a sociopath.

He threw a big fucking monkey-wrench into the president's agenda. He got a ton of publicity. He threw a giant slab of red meat to his wingnut base, which is the only constituency he cares about. Icing on the cake, he pissed off the liberals, which these people live for as a goal in and of itself.

He didn't make a "bad decision." He achieved exactly what he wanted to achieve.
