I hope Obama will purchase ad time for the Super Bowl

Obama has a huge war chest and will keep getting more. The Super Bowl is the highest rated program on television each year and I think that it would be a good idea for the Obama campaign to purchase air time and present a positive ad which highlights some of the good things he has accomplished in his three years in the White House, chiefly:

1) stabilizing the economy & saving the American auto industry

2) HCR with emphasize on all the younger people who have been able to keep coverage with their parents & ending the insurance industry pre-existing conditions clause

3) direct student loans

4) Tax Cuts for the working/middle class

5) Ending the war in Iraq/ finding and killing Bin-Ladden

I think he really needs to work harder in getting the positive points about his record out before the public.

And a ton of promo space that NBC still has out there

3. The network probably wouldn't run it.

They don't want to "politicize" the Super Bowl and would probably refuse to sell the ad time. I suppose local ad space could be bought, but the truth is that you're more likely to piss people off than you are to sway many folks.
