thinks the jobs act was small like 100+ billion dollars...it was a 400 billion dollar bill to do construction all over the country. He is misrepresenting the facts.

Pres. Obama during his rather lame press conference this morning didn't make the case for his jobs plans with any fervor or urgency.

Matthews clearly wants to see Obama be bold and take the initiative.

is not where you act bold...he did that last September when he went in fron tof a special session of congress to outline in detail his jobs bill. He did it again at the SOTUS in January and then traveled around the country selling his plan. Not sure what else he can do at this point but hope people see through the Repub bullshit.

Chris Mathews reminds me of the guy who thinks the airplane he is riding in is going to crash when it is flying through turbulence. Suddenly he thinks he is a pilot because he read a few books about airplanes and attempts to take the controls form the pilot and scares the other passengers. Obama is the pilot, but unfortunately he is too busy trying to fly the plane to turn around and punch Chris Mathews in his fucking mouth in order shut him up.

Different versions of Chris Matthews' show. I think he is, for the most part, extremely supportive of the President. I think he is only frustrated for some of the same reasons many of us are: he wants the Prez to be more assertive and speak out clearly for the good things he's accomplished.
