Medical marijuana, et al
Pakistanis,, Yemenis, US citizens abroad, et al
Illegal immigrants, deporting more than even GWB

Not so as-kicking cool when it comes to Wall Street, USSC, Senate, House, Media, Bankers, "Free Trade" ers w/out human rights regs,

Sorry, don't believe it. And more importantly we don't know the outcome, whether it be to the entire bill or just the mandate or leave it all alone. We've heard this big rhetoric before with the health care reform that ended up a health insurers' wet dream, with closing of Gitmo, and many others, just to watch him fold before the first round.

2. On the one hand, the Supreme Court is supposed to be completely immune to political pressure.

On the other, the current Supreme Court has politicized itself by becoming a virtual speakers' bureau for extreme right-wing organizations.

Each branch of our government must serve all the people. Our current Supreme Court does not.

The Citizens United decision is the horror of our times. It will destroy what shred is left of our democracy.

Also, the Supreme Court over the years has demolished the personal privacy that Americans naturally enjoyed before the age of technology.

If they attack the health care insurance reform bill, especially coverage for the pre-existing conditions of children, they deserve to be discredited and challenged. Roberts has children of his own. He should know better.

I would strongly support the President if he were to gather the courage to challenge the bigotry and narrowness and social deviancy of certain members of the Supreme Court.

And then, there is their refusal to consider Siegelman's request for reconsideration -- after they decided major issues in his case in favor of defendants who were convicted on similar facts and law. They should have at least considered that case.

5. Obama's appointee, Justice Kagan, was the one who led the fight against Siegelman.

that is what he should do if it's overturned. I think we need to wait and see what happens.
