So ... according to the tax records ... Mitt gave 3 million dollars to charity ...

the "charity" which funded the Prop H8 legislation ... (the Mormon church)

I wonder how the "liberally-biased media" would react if a Dem had given one tenth of one tenth of one percent of Mitts' "charity" to anybody associated with "ACORN" ...

Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's ethical ...

(like slavery was legal in this country)

As do all other churches. They are prohibited under that code from giving money to PACs.

in the most expensive parts of the city for their monstrosities they call churches.

6. The Mormon Church has had some monumental financial setbacks

They chose to cut their losses on their insurance company, beneficial life, estimated to be $ 500,000,000 write off.

Also since missionary trips are self funded and most kids choose to go to poor countries most new mormon members are from poor countries and the Mormon church has a very substantial outflow of money building churches in these countries.

Sometime in the near future the mother tongue of a majority of Mormons will be Spanish as they have had so many new members in S America that the N American church will, for the first time, be a minority within the church.

I would believe it, I just haven't heard it before. I wouldn't be surprised if the Mormon Church said it supported Prop8, but did it spend any significant amount of money on the issue?
