Republicans don't mind crooks and criminals, provided they spout the rhetoric. An indicted criminal guilty of fraud was elected governor of Florida and he is a lunatic. Look at Nixon, Oliver North, Bush, all of em, despicable criminals. I swear, a republic candidate discovered to be a serial killer would still get votes as long as he declared himself pro-life, pro-gun, anti-gay, and Christian.

They won't care. Republicans seek to win using the letter of the law as a weapon, whereas Democrats seek justice by following the spirit of the law.

And, believe it or not, there are some Republicans that it will sicken, as well (two within my own family). They may not rush out to vote for our President, but they'll stay home.

And...if Rmoney was in any way involved in acquiring the biological waste company (which came after 1999), then they do care that he made money disposing of those fetuses.

5. Romney's business record was his strength

Mitt was trying to run on his business record now every time he brings up Bain all he will get is questions about when he really left and what his tax returns show. Since Mitt won't run on what he did as Gov there really isn't much else he has to convince people to vote for him.
