My younger "Florida Son" is in Jersey until September (golf and the beach)..He has little or no interest in politics, which drives me up a wall, he works hard in Florida during the winter to afford these few months off and is subject to so much in question. Anyway, he calls me today and tells me his news, is calling from the beach and says "HA Mom, was just talking about you. The gang here is doing nothing but talking politics and what a mess Romney is and did you see Obama speechifying in the rain?" "Too bad you're not here Mom, you would have loved it." Indeed.

3. It was a fun conversation, spoke with a couple of "the gang" who used to sit in my kitchen when

they were teens. I can imagine his rolling of the eyes when the politics came up. Kevin refers to POTUS as the "other brother" in the family as I put the Obama family pictures up on purpose when I know he's coming over. Hilarity ensues...LOL..
