Which is more important this year: the candidates or GOTV?

Willard's problems are all over the front pages, rightfully so. But what worries me is that the Republicans will once again steal an election. All they have to do is target one critical state, just as they've done twice before. Given voter suppression efforts in Pennsylvania and Florida, I can see a situation in which Obama is the overwhelming favorite who takes the popular vote with a clear majority, but Romney wins in the Electoral College.

The more we vote the harder it will be to steal. It will be a lot harder to fix a big loss vs. a near tie.
