Obama campaign sues Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted over early voting restrictions

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- President Barack Obama's re-election campaign joined the Democratic National Committee and the Ohio Democratic Party today in suing Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted in relation to his recent decision to eliminate early voting during the three days before the Nov. 6 general election.

The suit was filed in United States District Court (Southern District of Ohio) in Columbus ...

Husted did not wait for the board members to submit written proposals regarding their views, which is the usual procedure following a tie vote ...

"... The last three days of Early Vote are especially important to ensuring a free and fair election. That is why today, we are moving forward in the fight to reinstate the last 3 days of Early Voting ..." ...

a law suit can be dragged out for months, then arrive at the corrupt SCOTUS

better than nothing, but not nearly enough.
