COLUMBUS, Ohio -- President Barack Obama's re-election campaign joined the Democratic National Committee and the Ohio Democratic Party today in suing Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted in relation to his recent decision to eliminate early voting during the three days before the Nov. 6 general election.
The suit was filed in United States District Court (Southern District of Ohio) in Columbus ...
Husted did not wait for the board members to submit written proposals regarding their views, which is the usual procedure following a tie vote ...
