New Romney ad accuses Obama of directing stimulus cash to supporters

AKRON, Ohio--Mitt Romney continued his attack on President Barack Obama's ties to political donors, releasing a new television ad Wednesday that attacks the president for routing taxpayer dollars to supporters and overseas companies.

I think they called foul four months ago. This as is nothing more than a retread of false claim made by Americans for Prosperity back in April (and debunked thoroughly by Politifact and Factcheck.org

Hamm heads the Romney Advisory Group on Energy, is CEO of an Oil Company and has 11.3 Billion dolors of personal assets tied up in it. And he donated $985,000 to a pro Romney Super PAC a few weeks after getting that advisory role. Since Romney isn't currently holding any office now that is about as close to you can get to getting paid to deliver on behalf of vested interests that support you.

Romney also has his own conflicts from when he was Governor, but I think the Hamm appointment delivers a perfect crony capitalism poster child A huge Oil Billionaire donor writing Romney energy policy, for Mitt's sake!
