This is funny. Even though progressively dropping President Reagan’s ranking below most presidents is an exercise in amusement that slightly distracts from the message, everything stated is verifiable fact. To many people facts are irrelevant. As Reagan himself said “Facts are Stupid Things”.

I thought he should have been impeached and turfed out of office. But maybe not; maybe he was too far under the influence of Alzheimer's to convict!
