Romney Doesn’t Know If He Paid A Tax Rate Lower Than 13.9% | Mitt Romney has thus far refused to heed the call from a growing number of people within the Republican party to release more tax returns. Anyone with taxable income has income that is taxed less than 13.9% Nobody has taxable income that is taxed at a 13.9% rate.
