stuck between 190 and 196. I've yet to see him past 200 EV.

Here are the maps that currently assign 206 to Romney:

CNN
Associated Press
Fox News
Cook Political Report
Rothenberg
Larry Sabato
Washington Times.

But you are right, he is and has been stuck with a formitable challenge to reach 270.
