Clinton moves to neutralize Sanders pre-debate by becoming Sanders

Guess we should have seen this coming... It'll be interesting to see how Bernie draws a contrast between them now that she's temporarily sporting all his progressive positions and ideas like a Halloween costume.

I think part of what is at fault in her nature is that her husband truly was the Teflon President.

Nothing stuck to him, in part because we did not have the internet and so most of us were blissfully unaware of what went on behind the scenes. So Bill got away with NAFTA and policies favorable to the big Banking Industry.

I think she doesn't realize how much more aware people are now.

You do not " trust" this Democratic Party frontrunner-person, so pretty much anything she says will be rejected...I get it. I feel the same about all the candidates in the enemy camp.

To me, Clinton's obvious movement to the left, "trust" aside, is going to peel off some Sanders supporters, so an astute political move as well.

Moving to the left in publically stated policy positions is a good thing for Clinton and a good thing for the Left.

Bernie is trusted. Hillary is less trusted. It is the content of the answer and the way it is presented. The very things that Hillary is worried about.

She only moved that direction to try to knock a few questions off the table during the debate. She doesn't want any videos on replay of her trying to defend the Keystone pipeline or the TPP. There is nothing remotely real about this transition and her stated positions have loopholes and loose language that you could drive an 1,100 mile pipeline through.

The only things Hillary's experience seems to be good for is perfecting how to talk out of both sides of her mouth, engaging in the politics of personal destruction and other aspects of her ruthless pursuit of power that remind one of what a Karl Rove might do. That kind of person ought not to be the Democratic nominee.
