A strong advocate for Single Payer Health Insurance gets a national stage tonight.
Remember when the ACA was being debated in Obama's 1st term? Single payer wasn't even allowed into the DISCUSSION. Max Baucus had them literally arrested.
So it will be nice to see a forthright, national discussion about this issue finally commence, where the media will be forced to at least acknowledge the freaking concept. Maybe the CBO will finally score a medicare-for-all plan (or at least have a more up-to-date one than the one from 1991.
