All this punditry vs post-debate polling is quite amusing... Here's more fuel for the fire from DailyKos:

(5,761 posts)but a huge amount of Hillary supporters who suddenly don't use social media at all and therefor because of that, didn't vote lol
You can't help but laugh your ass off at all this.
We just think unscientific polls are a waste of our valuable time. We campaign, we hit the streets, we hold small local rallies and knock on doors. That leaves little time for playing with kids on Face Book.

(5,761 posts)Remind us again who sponsored the debate? lol If you think facebook is for kids, when the average age of a facebook user is 29 and female, it shows you have no idea wtf you're talking about. Just sayin'.
How'd those online polls work out for you during the Obama/Hillary debates? XD We saw what happened there but those aren't legit are they? lol

(21,506 posts)makes the majority of facebook users highly unlikely to vote. The folks who turn out are the old codgers and at this point there a freaking lot of them.
Maybe the youth vote will turn out for Bernie like they did for Obama but you certainly can't count on it.

(26,549 posts)The link in the OP has a poll at the bottom. Won't take but a second for you to vote for Clinton and fix all these awful polls and shut everyone up!
Just takes two clicks. Less than a minute. And shuts down all the people challenging your position when the mass of Clinton supporters vote.
(Just, don't look at the results after you vote. You won't like them)

The average age of a Facebook user in the United States is 40.5 years old.

I guess if 40 is a "kid" then, at 45, I must be a teenager.

(10,479 posts)pleased that we have two remarkable people running for the Presidency. Either would make a wonderful president. Who won the debate is the least of my worries. I don't care what CNN says. I don't care what FOX says. I don't need this day to day coverage by some reporter, pundit or journalist using the runners to gain more of an audience to tell me good or bad about a candidate. It makes me wonder how much money is changing hands at the Republican warehouse of lies.

(486 posts)The web is buzzing after the first Democratic debate, and the big winner definitely seems to be Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.
CNN FACEBOOK POLL: BERNIE SANDERS WINS WITH 82 PERCENT
DAILY KOS READER POLL: SANDERS WINS WITH 55 PERCENT
FOX 5 SAN DIEGO POLL: SANDERS WINS WITH 77 PERCENT
KNOXVILLE NEWS SENTINEL: SANDERS WINS WITH 63 PERCENT
TIME, TELEGRAPH, AND C-SPAN POLLS DECLARE SANDERS THE WINNER
FOCUS GROUPS DECLARE SANDERS THE WINNER
GOOGLE SEARCH DATA SHOWS SPIKE IN INTEREST FOR SANDERS
SANDERS CAMPAIGN RAISES $1.4 MILLION ON HEELS OF DEBATE
TELEVISION PUNDITS GIVE DEBATE TO HILLARY
Viewers of the debates may have noticed an odd phenomenon among the post-debate commentators . Despite CNNs own polling reflecting otherwise, they overwhelmingly declared Clinton, not Sanders, the winner. The available data, however, seems to indicate otherwise.

(486 posts)Mark Halperin and John Heilemann were very much in line with most of the MSM pundits, praising Hillary Clinton's performance and declaring her overwhelming victory in the debates... yesterday.
But they got some feedback on their critique... and they (especially Mark) kinda walked back to safer ground in today's show:
Watch the Win or Lose? segment about 3:12 into the clip:
