Ohio DUers - Has the voter ID bill been defeated?

The thread below from the summer seems to indicate that the voter ID bill is dead, but wondered if anything new has transpired since then....

If Romney becomes the nominee, Democrats need to play the tape over and over again where Willard said he supported Kasish's union busting bill...
