Donald Trump talks to voters like they're 4th graders

http://www.mediaite.com/print/donald-trump-talks-to-voters-like-theyre-all-fourth-graders-literally/

"According to Boston Globe, the New York real estate mogul’s linguistic preferences mirror those of Ohio Governor John Kasich, who also generally uses language at a fourth-grade reading level. However, unlike Kasich’s 4.7 rating, Trump’s language earned the candidate the lowest number of them all — 4.1"

It's those "low information voters"! The average newspaper is written on an 8th grade level.

That would be about right as it would take a pretty low educational level to support his positions (if you can call them that).

Peace

One day GOP rallies will involve grunting and animal sacrifices. Oh wait, in a way that's already happening but it's human sacrifices: women, immigrants. WTF?!

I think that's expecting a bit much, for many of the voters. Certainly the ones who support him. He should dumb it down.

"Make America great again."

Remember when Jeb! criticized Obama for using "all those big syllable words"? The thing that cracks me up is that "big" isn't really an appropriate adjective for "syllable".

Not everyone is all that smart. It's not a failing, just a biological reality. Communicating to a broad audience can be made easier by simple, well-chosen words and clear, concise explanations.

Trump's problem isn't 4th grade verbiage, it's a bullying demeanor and a hateful, nasty nativism combined with a lifetime of privilege that leaves him incapable of seeing the world as it is for normal people.
