7. His speech played really well in the arena.

He is the one candidate who got all parts of the arena on their feet multiple times. His speech was passionate and inspired. The way he speaks about immigration is something no other candidate to match. It is clear that he cares about this issue, etc.

...behind his proposals. I had thought his 15-point agenda was a bit long, but it made for just enough to fill the speech and it really touched on most of the progressive concerns and initiatives voters are looking for these candidates to address.

Overall solid speech, with his bio effectively interspersed throughout, and a strong ending. He's been dinged a bit on his passion, but I think he projects something other than the standard bravado some men think represents strength. His heart was his strength in his speech and it really came through in his optimistic closing.

I think the nation would do very well with this thoughtful, compassionate, dynamic man as president.
