.............

These questions might not seem all that important until you consider the fact that President Barack Obama may owe his presidency to media mogul and talk show host Oprah Winfrey. A study published in the Journal of Law, Economics & Organization in 2013 found that Winfrey’s endorsement of Obama over Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Democratic primary gained him over a million votes—more or less the same number of votes by which he beat Clinton.

Clinton seems to have learned that lesson and this time around has secured the endorsements of a number of influential personalities. Here are just a few of the celebs rooting for Team Hillary:

Kim Kardashian & Kanye West
.................

Robert DeNiro

Back in April in an interview with the Daily Beast, actor Robert DeNiro said, “I think that [Hillary Clinton]’s paid her dues. And she’s a woman, which is very important because her take on things may be what we need right now.”

Lena Dunham
....................

It’s almost @hillaryclinton’s birthday! Dear Madame Secretary, this is a great excuse to tell you that I admire you, am inspired by you (especially this week when you took so much in your powerful stride) and, most importantly, I think you look great with an up do as well as a down do. Love, Lena 🎂...............

Pharrell Williams

Beyonce

In May, a fan account tweeted a photo of Beyonce with the caption: “Beyonce steps out in support of the Hillary Rodham Clinton Campaign Event.” Queen Bey was reportedly attending a Clinton fundraiser in New York City..............

“Bernie Sanders is the only candidate speaking against the wide spread legalized corruption that has handed our government to billionaires, large corporations and banks,” said writer and director Adam McKay, who co-wrote and directed “Anchorman” with Ferrell and helped organize the artists.
