I'm sure there were more minorities doing stuff like parking cars, serving food, etc than there were actually on the floor in attendance.

Rubio, Cruz, Vela, Martinez, Canseco, Fortuna, maybe a few others. Ironically, however, given the lack of support that the repubs are getting from the Hispanic community, I'm don't think it much matters how many spoke.
