Chuck Todd says Democrats louder, cheering and more for their candidate than Repubs...

Contrasted the conventions, said Democrats are up cheering throughout, while Republicans seemed to save it for just the final hour. Also said this was FOR Obama, where the Republican Convention crowd was enthusiastic ... but not for Romney and instead beating Obama.
