It is a sluggish economy, not a contracting economy.

Just another Republican lie.

I'd like to see more content and a link to the original article in an OP.

It is also better to give more than just your one word commentary.

This looks like a twitter post, not a DU thread.

Welcome.

what youth unemployment is going to look like under a Romney/Ryan (mis)Administration? If somebody asked her what their plan is to reduce youth unemployment, I'm willing to bet $10K (that I don't have) that she won't be able to answer.

what she thinks Romney would have done differently- or what he would do differently if elected POTUS? It should not be enough IMHO for these people to criticize President Obama for not solving all of the nation's problems without posing solutions of their own. Frankly, they actually have quite a LOT of gall for criticizing President Obama for not solving all of the nation's problems when they have been ACTIVELY obstructing REAL efforts to try to fix things. It also strikes me as a tad hypocritical that Republicans espouse a "free market" philosophy that eschews any government intervention in the economy but yet hold President Obama responsible for the fact that the economy is still sluggish. I know that they like to blame taxes and government regulations for the sluggish economy but that flies in the face of the impact of 30 years of reduced taxes and government regulation-resulting in the mess we have now- and past history of the economy thriving despite HIGHER taxes and MORE government regulation.

What exactly is the reason for the media's attraction to her? I understand during the 2008 campaign that she was pushing for a more moderate view from the Republican party on certain issues and was making the point that younger Republicans like herself were the ones who would make that happen.

Well, for someone who claims to be working towards making the Republican party more inclusive/open/tolerant she seems pretty quick to openly and enthusiastically support a ticket that stands against everything she claims her movement is about. Yet, the media ignores this and continues to treat her as though she's relevant to today's political discourse.

Why?
