Small businesses and the right wing?

I know of several small businesses in the area that absolutely hate Obama. I don't know why, other than they have a Mitch McConnell attitude. Some have said Obama's is killing us on taxes. Everything I have read is that Obama is giving small businesses a tax break.
And it appears that Rmoney will be increasing their tax structure, if elected. Since profit is the bottom line, why are so many small businesses against Obama. Perhaps I am missing something here. It baffles me.

My parents own a small manufacturing business. One that is connected in large part to the auto industry. At one point, they stopped paying themselves so they could keep paying their employees, but eventually even that was too much and they had to let a couple guys go. In the last few years, though, they have seen their healthcare costs stabilize and seen business pick up to the point where they may have to hire more help. They thought Bush was an embarrassment and honestly can't fathom how anyone would vote for Romney over Obama. On the other hand, they tell me that many of the small businesses they work with (vendors, suppliers, etc.) are complete anti-Obama wingnuts. It totally boggles their minds.

Small business would flourish. I envision a system like SS tax where workers pay a % of their wage with an employer match. That way everyone--people and businesses--would pay according to their ability to pay. Communist, eh? But such a system would spread the cost fairly and not unduly burden small businesses who want to provide benefits but have no bargaining clout with insurance companies. A person can dream.
And in a more practical way, people would be free to start small businesses as they would not be tied down to their real jobs for health care.

We were nearly tanked by the Bush financial fiasco
and thank goodness Obama got things back on track.
It was quite miraculous considering how bad things
were and the fact that the Republicans have been
fighting tooth and nail to ruin the recovery.
I know firsthand Obama fights for small business...
and these awful GOP/Bain types just prey on us.
