The MA Senate seat is key. Warren was down 5 points in a poll a couple of weeks ago.

Hopefully her speech at the DNC and the new momentum for Obama will help push her back into the lead.

minimum to overrule the Repuke filibusters?

As I recall, we don't have mindless drones who rubberstamp everything Obama puts in front of them, unlike Repugs ... there are enough Dems in the Senate who will chose to "help" the Repugs ...
