The RW drumbeat picked up a few weeks ago with all the talk of weakness like Jimmy Carter. Then the "media" started comparing this election to 1980. Then the conventions and Rmoney was a big FAIL.
This movie (if it exists) sounds like bullshit to me. It was all made up and put forward to inflame Someone over in the middle east... I believe they didn't care where. Then Bam, opportunity hits like they thought it would. SO, they pushed the button on this operation, everything being in place. They know they don't have to tell the truth because people will believe what they are fed.

Ive spent the day on DU reading all the Obama;s got this won posts! Then I turned on the radio on the drive home and it made me sick. The righties now have their motivation and they fucking god damn hate the president. They were screaming about how this President apologized yet again!!!!! and on and on. (callers to a drive home show) It was shocking after reading the internet all day.

So I'm scared that if the President doesn't get involved, take this severely seriously! send out Bill! to get the attention of the American people like no one else can, tell the facts... I'm afraid it won't turn out well for us. And if he does win, these callers were ready for civil war. SO please Obama people get some good spokespeople and get out there!
And thank you for all your hard work, President Obama and all the rest!

The more they lie and falsely accuse, the more you know they are scared to death and fighting back in the only way they know. --- BTW, I also think the series of events and the timing of events -- 9/11, Netanyahu's "no meeting" non-issue with Obama, the incindiary movie, the planned attack by organized and motivated militia, Romney's bellowing statements -- are quite possibly all part of a "plan". If so, then we understand how desparate and to what extremes the Republicans are prepared to go in order to "win" this election. It isn't over yet, that is for sure.

Even the rightwing nutcase across the street from me has stopped tuning into Rush. He listens to music now.

The people supporting Romney through this were never going to vote for Obama.

Even many from the GOP and most in the media have turned away from him based on this. He simply went too far and was way out of line on this.
