One of the Republican Justices is on suspension because of charges of fraud and forgery. (That's why there are only 6 Justices when there should be 7).

Not exactly a Court one can have a lot of faith in.

If it's appealed to a higher court? I mean all we need to do is get it past the election I think to avoid most of the risk.

They've violated the political lines in both directions on a regular basis. I expect them to rule against the voter suppression act.
