Wow. Ryan is one crazy-ass mofo.

Listening the delusional paranoid rant of his is just astonishing. And the stupid idiots listening, cheering hysterically as he tells them he is going to take away all their benefits and let them rely on Catholic charities (I wonder how that works out for Muslim Americans, and people of other faiths?). And we'll take away your health care benefits, too! (More wild applause). And touting his seven elections to Congress in one breath, then saying how terrible the Government is in the next breath. And the crowd goes wild. This is just crazy-land!

Now eyes aren't burning I think I'll go outside and smoke a cigar!

New Democrat motto? "We all belong to the government." WTF is that all about? If I had a new motto, I think I'd know about it.

Now they're back to repealing ALL of the ACA. I thought Willard was keeping parts of it?

At least my favorite cable chanel (MSNBC) shows this. FOX "News" wouldn't have ever put an entire Biden speech on leading up to the last election.

basket. I'm sure that the Catholic Church/Charities wouldn't be able to take up the governments slack should Rmoney/Lyin win in November. I wonder if we'll hear from the Pope?

the Government! I am Catholic and I just cringe when stuff like this is said. Those "value voters" don't even like Catholics. I guess if you talk crazy enough, you can join.

not government. "Faith based charities" Of course they think religions, aka christian, should get tax payer money to do this. There is Amendment 8 on the Florida ballot which strikes down language in the Florida Constitution banning public funding of religious schools, organizations, etc.

Wait until a Muslim "Faith Based" organization wants state money. It happened in La. and will in Florida too. Will that wacko Florida "pastor" like this Religious "Tolerance" law when NON-CHRISTIANS want their public money too?

but doesn't have anywhere near the capacity to take care of all the people in need. The sum total of the charitable endowments that exist would not last a single year. It actually does require the power to tax to pull it off.

alms giving or charity has been encouraged by all religions. In all that time charity has not been able to meet the needs of all the poor or even 50% of them in the best of times. So why would things change now? I'm sure Catholic charities would take care of Muslims as well as Catholics, however, they can't feed and care for everyone who needs it. That takes everyone chipping in to help the least of them, or socialism and socialism requires a government of the people to administer such aid.

Yes, let's institute a policy that doesn't work and hasn't worked for thousands of year. Believe me, it isn't going to work this time either.

That is, thank him for accepting Romney invitation to be on the Republican ticket as VP.

Paul Ryan has had an enormously powerful House budget chief position, architect of the craziest of ideas. He uses religion to justify slashing funds for the poor and sick and for children, while supporting increases for the military and oil companies.

Paul Ryan sent out press releases about the GM plant closing, making his neighbors and buddies think he cared about them. Yet, we know he could care less.

Paul Ryan lies. He always lied. Yet, before now it was not widely known. He is Crazy with a capital C. And now we all know it.

He will never go back to the same quiet space and be the earnest, ripped, straight talking guy who is respected for having substantive and civil discussions and disagreements.

In a matter of days, he lost his carefully crafted image that took him years to fabricate. We see him for who he is.

I am delighted. I thank him every day. You should too.

This is what I ask repubs now - "Why do you elect people into government who hate government? Does that make any sense?" Most of the time I get a blank look. They do not see the disconnect.
