1. No, because the VP is also the president of the Senate

and one of their duties is to cast the deciding vote in the event of a tie. So obviously nobody could hold both positions.

3. Biden was re-elected to the Senate in 2008 as well as VP

And he resigned his Senate seat before being sworn in as VP. Then Gov. Markel appointed Ted Kaufman, Biden's senior adviser to Biden's seat. That seat is now held by Chis Coons (D-DE) who was elected in 2010. Senate seats that become vacant are filled in the next general election after it becomes vacant.

10. No

Article 1 section 3 states the following

The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.

The VP presides over the Senate but has no vote unless it is to break a tie, this would preclude the VP from also acting as a senator from a given State. It would also be a conflict of interest since the President and VP are the top national executives are are supposed to represent the interests of all Americans, while a Senator would likely feel the need to put the interests of their home state first.

5. I am aware of that but is it any where written that a sitting Senator can not hold both jobs

the only time the president of the Senate votes is in the case of a tie so then Elizabeth would be able to vote as Senator and cast the tie breaking vote as president of the Senate no problem unless it is in the law that a sitting Senator can not hold both jobs.

it would be unusual I know and if legal then a Sanders/Warren ticket would be amazing.

9. I would hope that Warren would have more integrity. She would be much more valuable as Senator

13. Executive Branch or Legislative Branch, you need to pick one.

I think Bernie will need to pick someone with more foreign policy credentials than Sen. Warren.

She would have more power with a Cabinet position anyways. VP is mostly ceremonial.

17. Adding Warren to the ticket doesn't broaden the base, it narrows it.

VP selection is aimed at getting more people to support your candidacy. Warren is popular on the left but Bernie or Hillary already have the left they need a VP who will encourage more people to vote for them. That's why Obama picked the very centrist Joe Biden as his VP to balance the ticket.
