It is wonderful. Steve Eisman, the Steve Carell character of the movie, is really entertaining. Also, Dr. Michael Burry and the Cornwall Capital garage hedge fund guys.

The best scene in the book is Spider-Man (Eisman) at the Venetian in Vegas, double-dipping his edamame. "Say that again!"

Lewis' writing is lucid, informative, and, as always, entertaining.

-A lot more people saw it coming than the handful of people portrayed in the movie.

-I worked in a real estate affiliated industry and could see the rise in home prices was unsustainable.

- It is human nature to ignore bad news, sometimes until it is too late.
