It doesn't quote him saying, "I endorse Al Gore" or "Al Gore should be the Democratic nominee."

and both are publicly withholding their endorsements. I've seen people here make big time claims about Bernie not getting endorsement from the congress folk he worked with so I think it's valid to point out Hillary spent parts of 4 terms working from the White House and two biggies decided to wait...
