The brass were told to stop sexual assaults. They just stopped the prosecutions to make their numbers look a little better.

the more men who tell other men it's not right, the closer we'll get to ending assault and rape.

I know it won't ever completely end, but there has got to be a total end to the notion "She asked for it."
