Columbus, OH: Ex-trooper coerced sex from women he stopped

Trooper Lee was not only coercing women for sex, as it happens he was also a cyberstalker. You have to wonder just how many women were victimized if he was convicted on four counts.

Bryan D. Lee

The cruiser video that the Highway Patrol supervisor watched raised red flags. The sergeant saw the trooper flirt with two women in a car that he’d stopped for suspected drunken driving. Then he turned off his microphone. It was that September 2013 incident that led this month to charges against now-former Trooper Bryan D. Lee, who authorities say failed to charge women he’d pulled over in exchange for sexual favors. Lee, 30, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty yesterday in U.S. District Court in Columbus to four counts of violating the civil rights of four female motorists, as well as one count of engaging in cyberstalking.

What's really really creepy is I've read porn stories that follow a similar script, in fact it's a porn meme. Kinda makes you wonder.

4. I think "coercion" must be the legal definition?

I'd certainly call it rape but in legal terms if a woman agreed to perform sex in exchange for having a ticket dropped, even if she was intimidated to do so, I think it's called coercion. Maybe someone more versed in legalese could clarify that?

I was just looking around and one of the most prominent articles was from a whiney MRA type group that was, well whining

Coertion can fall under sexual assault, especially if it's a minor

6. ok. cause i am consistently (unfortunately) seeing cops given guilty YET, for a crime, get no time.

i am just kinda puttin these in my head. like across the nation and into canada, girls raped, and it put on line for mocking to their death, or olders raping them and they get no time, or 30 days.

i like for it to just kind of sit there so in argument, available. i have seen this in a couple places, they get the cop, for rape and nothing. or literally other shit. stealing girls naked picture, did not even get a judgment, let alone charges.
