I need some help finding a case

I believe it was just a year or two ago. It was a case brought against an employer in Georgia, I believe.

The woman was fired or had some case against the employer based on gender. I believe it went through the appellate court. She lost because it was found that the 14th amendment didn't apply to women.

I have searched every way I can think of and can't find it. Does anyone remember this?

Have you tried going to a university library to do a search using one of those?

I used to have access to West Law but, unfortunately, don't any longer.

A party's name, person or company, judge, type of issue (pay, benefits, working conditions...)

5. I believe it was pay

But I am not certain. It's driving me nuts that I can't recall more about the case.

It might have gone to the superior court. I THINK she had been laid off or fired as well.

Hopefully, some more of it may come to me. Sorry? I wish I could remember more details.

This is an excellent reference for future discrimination discussions.

The woman definitely lost and she had used the 14th Amendment to ffight the discrimination.

Maybe it wasn't Georgia.
