..the whole society and someone quotes that favorite phrase "Well, life isn't fair"
..I usually retort (rather strongly) 'It's up to every citizen of this planet to try to make life fair"

Sick of hearing 'life isn't fair' as an excuse, I shot back that LIFE might not always be fair, but WE can (and should) strive to be fair with each other.
